Skybar is the most popular and most packed. I like Bourbon Street and 17/16. Quixotes is meh, Bank Vault is okay. En Fuego isn't bad either.
For after the bars downtown close, there's Supper Club, which is pretty awesome when there's enough people there. It's a couple miles down the street from downtown, but if you can drive, you should go.
Also, a tailgate behind Samford Hall is a good spot. It's a beautiful place and about a 3 or 4 minute walk from the stadium.
