I vote death. Would be for slow, painful variety, but we'll never get that. 2nd best is just shoot him when he "resists". Some people like for them to "suffer" in prison, or get the death penalty <--- (I do love the death penalty). However, he'll live 20-30 years on our dime before they smoke him, all the while getting 3 squares, no work required, a free gym to workout, etc. Rats can learn to love the maze, so eff him. Pop a cap in his ass.

still going on. apparently the MPD is not wanting this to get violent. and are willing to wait to see if they can flush him out of the house. I say they should bulldoze the house and bury him in the rubble.

They're going back and forth because we have some bad weather in the area. There is supposed to be another update from the mayor and police chief at 11pm central.

U.S. Marshals are now apparently inside the house, in the kitchen (the female reporter says she believes that's where they are). I think if I'm hearing this right they are using some pole to prod inside the attic...I don't know if there is a camera on the thing, they could just be using it to poke around to find out where exactly he is in the attic to pinpoint his location, but that's where we are right now.

Authorities have closed all the blinds in the house, there was some kind of flash of light, reporter thinks something is going on...about to get out in the rain and power up the live shot again...doesn't think the 11pm update is going to happen anymore.
