Awesome weight room but I am dubious of the coach.
Broscience permeates all of the personal trainers and he looks like one of the non-lifting idiots who "knows" what they are doing.
I would take someone who looks like they actually hit the gym and deer antler spray hard any day.

lol. He has been the Bama strength coach since Saban got here, I think he knows what he is doing. I think you are just going to have to come to terms with the fact that Alabama is just flat out better than FSU in every respect, deal with it, and move on.
