If you want to claim that USC has won six BCS bowl games, I wont dispute that. But they did have that TITLE stripped from them. It was a title given to them by a vote, so its perfectly legitimate that they can lose it by a vote.

It has NOTHING to do with the game on the field. Its a VOTED on title, so they can VOTE it away.
They still have two AP titles, which were not voted away. The game still happened, but the little paper championship, the crystal ball trophy, and whatever else a BCS champion gets, well USC has zero of those.
The BCS is an independent group that AWARDS a national title. They chose NOT to award it to USC.

It's no different than any other governing body that awards a champion. If it was NCAA-sanctioned and the same thing happened, they would have stripped it,too.
That's beside the point though because I don't care what they do, I still recognize them as the champion of that year. So does everyone else.
No one goes around saying:"You remember that 2004 season with no champion."
You could tell him to kiss the ring, but he will just tell you to kiss the participation ring.

No...you conceeded that YOU were awarding them the title.
I already said that they have two very legitimate AP awarded titles in the last ten years. They were national champions in 2004.
This thread went off on that "BCS titles won" thing, and saying USC has a BCS title is just factually wrong. They dont, because its an awarded title. Its a very clear distinction that seems completely lost on you.
Oh and I dont pay to post on college football message boards. I guess I could go into my profile to gussy it up a little, but as a hipster doofus, its hard to build up the energy.
