BCS Computer Ranking Question

For any one that knows, would an FSU win in the ACCCG replace our game against Sav St?
Would it make our schedule more in line with teams not playing that extra game?
I'm not looking for a miracle scenario. We had our chance. Just curious.
Figured someone in here knows how that works.
