I just don't see any way that you can handle Lee, especially with Woods on the other side and the emergence of Agholor. ucla's offense concerns me much more than Notre Dame's, so they have a better ability to play keep up with us. I think once we go up by 14 on you guys, it takes you too much out of your element and the game could get out of hand.

I could definitely see it going that way, but I can also see USC not being able to run the ball at all and Notre Dame being able to pin their ears down and give the Barkley the same kind of problems that Standford did. Then, if the game stays close, I could see Notre Dame wearing down USC late in the game.

Either one of those could happen. Should be a very interesting game. Barkley will be a big difference in this game...positively or negatively.

btw, our defense is pretty good. also, our offense has been known to dish out some long scoring drives.

Your front 7 is outstanding. I don't think you can slow down our passing game though. It will be like the 2nd half of the Rose Bowl vs Michigan. We could not run on them, so we said screw it, and threw nearly every down, blowing them out in the 2nd half.

I think our D will hold our own against your offense.

We can always max protect and run 2 man routes with Lee and Woods.

No doubt that the passing attack you guys have is awesome but I feel that we tone that down a bit. Our offense will do enough to win. btw, how are you guys against the run?

Yes, you can, but focusing on just Lee and Woods has been part of the problem this year so far as well (other than defense).

Much better off if Barkley is able to make good decisions and get rid of the ball early, much like he did in the Oregon game last season. The single game was one of the smartest games I have ever seen from a college QB.

I'm also just playing Devil's advocate. I think USC wins (maybe not with the score you are projecting), but it wouldn't shock me to see the same Stanford formula work for Notre Dame either.

  • Bama vs Oregon in The NC game

Ksucks always craps their pants. They will lose to texas.

    ND will lose to Sc.

  • NC- Oregon vs KState

Rose- Nebraska (B1G Champion) vs Notre Dame: Rose won't pass up taking their huge fan base for Oregon State or Stanford. I think ND would be the choice even if they lose to USC.

Fiesta- Oklahoma (at large) vs LSU (at large)

Orange- Florida State (ACC champion) vs Louisville (Big East Champion) last choice and they get stuck with the Big East champ.

Sugar- Alabama (SEC champion) vs Clemson (at large)
--They have to choose Clemson because of the 2 teams per conference rule. SEC and Big 12 already have 2, so Clemson has to be the choice with no one in the B1G, Big East, or Pac 12 eligible (assumes Stanford loses to Oregon and drops)

A lot of talk that we will jump you even if you guys are undefeated.

lol I bet Bama fans won't quit talking about that happening. Bama isn't getting in over an undefeated team, I'll bet a year banishment from tBB on that. You guys got lucky getting in the NC last year over Oklakoma St., but ND is a little different animal than Okie St.

    Make your call now.

MNC game Bama vs Kansas St
    Rose Bowl Nebraska vs USC
Fiesta Bowl Notre Dame vs Oregon
    Sugar Bowl LSU vs Oklahoma
    Orange Florida St vs Louisville

I believe both Oregon and LSU will finish in the top-4 and be auto bids, otherwise LSU could lose out to a TAMU or South Carolina team. If UF beats FSU then they finish in the top-4 and get the sec #2 spot as an auto pick.

Oregon has to play Stanford, Oregon st, then most likely USC over the course of 20 days. They are already beat up, and will get even more beat up by Stanford. They could very well be the walking wounded coming into the PAC-12CG vs USC.

I only see 1 P12 team getting in the BCS ^^^this year and it's not you guys. I'd substitute ND for USC in the Rose Bowl..

The difference is that ND is undefeated. If both have one loss, it's the same story. Bama in first.

You are right though. Many will continue to talk about. Won't change what will happen though.

You probably weren't worried about Stanford or Arizona either. I'll give you some credit and assume you were concerned about Oregon.

  • I predict that if Bama got in over any of the 3 remaining undefeated teams (provided they remain undefeated), there would be a nationwide boycott of the NC game and the ratings for it would be worse than last year (which would be hard to do).
