have you ever gone? tv does NASCAR no justice. its one thing every sports fan needs to do, go to Daytona. i dont like NASCAR at all but its fun as hell to go to. its one giant party. they let you bring your own beer in and get ripped in the stands, the only way to watch it really.
i got free tickets one year and went to the 500 and its a hell of a time. i wouldnt pay for them but it was worth experiencing. its almost un-American not to do it at least once

I like watching. I was at talledega when a car got into the fence and hurt a few fans. Hope everyone is alright.

Right after they ban football, boxing, hockey, MMA, and baseball. Heck, there is a danger waking up everyday and if you are in fear, you do not know the lord.

lolz Nascar is one of the safest sports these days. It's unfortunate and very rare for something to fly up in the stands, but the racers themselves are safe as can be. The sport would be much more interesting if it wasn't just a bunch of protected car tanks driving around in a circle at 200mph.

NASCAR started losing when they started the reatrictor plates then getting away from its roots, then too much PC theeeen a SPEED LIMIT on a race track. Enough was enough for me. One thing I would like to see though by NASCAR or another body is race the cars at the super speedways like Daytona and Talladega and do away with the restrictor plates and just don't sell the seats from say row 50 down to the track for fan safety ( see cases like today. I want speed and danger when I go to a race, not safety nannies.
