I am not sure who removed his perma ban that time but I just put it right back on. If he ever gets it removed again I will just ban him again.
I remember the first time I banned him he cried for days about it. He claimed he called customer service and that they were going to remove my mod tools. I thought it was great.
He whined about it a lot on our board as well, you guys left quite the impression on him.
