    Well, I am not doing all the variances for that again, but UGA averages 7.04 to Bama's 6.90 per play on offense and UGA gives up 4.97 per play compared to Bama's 3.90 per play.

    3.9 is extremely good. not as good as last season (3.32 yards per play; a theoretical 3 and out every possession, which has only been done 1 other time in at least the last 15 years...1998 miss st.)

    You did not dispute them because they are indisputable. You did, however, question their validity due to the level of competition.

    My point in posting the numbers was to point out that while Georgia started off slow, they have gotten better each week and appear to be peaking at the right time.

    I did not, in any way, infer that Georgia was going to beat Alabama.

    I am perfectly capable of having an intelligent discussion. That was my intent by posting in BO's numbers thread.
