My opinion doesn't count because his team beat mine, but ego trip is a retard in every way possible. LSU IMO is the second best team in the sec, but bama is clearly the best. They found a way to win at Death Valley while playing pretty bad. That's tough to do.

You dont think Saban dosent realize this dude. Hes not stupid. Hes the best coach in Football for a reason. He will have a gameplan for them.

The key to beating Bama is not getting your doors blown off the first 15 minutes.

The reason the nickel has been so effective is because Bama has been dominating these lame-o teams the first two months from the start. When Bama's up 21-0 and knows a team has to pass to come back, its over.

No team will score in masses vs. Bama. The Tigers were able to keep the points down, allowing the OC to call a balanced game. Couple that with Mettenberger's strong arm, and the short-intermediate passing game was available all day against the Tide.

Now, with that said, to beat this Bama team it takes:
REALLY good front seven
stable of solid RB's
and a strong armed-qb

What this game told me was that Bama CAN be beaten, just a matter of whether it will be or not.

This game proved, to me, that KSU has no shot against Bama. Klein won't be able to just bully Bama, and their defense is nowhere near good enough to stop TJ/Lacy. I also think that Oregon would be contained by UA, since their game is predicated on being more athletic and disciplined than you are, and Saban's team don't fall for that nonsense.

The teams that I think can be Bama are (in this order):
LSU - clearly, they could do it, but they already had their chance
FSU - dominant D-line, beastly RB's, good enough QB
ND - Very solid front 7, 3 talented RB's, strong armed QB with mobility, great TE for intermediate passing game
UGA/UF - Good defenses, good RB's...talented QB's (albeit inconsistent)
Aggy - Manziel is real good, RB's are really good, and defense has been very solid vs. Pro-style teams (Ole Miss and LA. Tech run spread)

All the excuses Alabama fams are coming up with for struggling against LSU are bogus. LSU is simply the first top 15 or top 20 team you have played all year. You can get mad and call me names or point out how much Auburn sucks, but name another top 15 or 20 team you have played. The idea that Alabama was invincible or the greatest team ever based on playing nobody was always laughable

LSU lost to Florida and beat 2-7 Auburn by a safety. LSU still has 1-2 more losses in them this year, imo.

Name one team that has the talent that LSU has? I'll wait for your response. The Bulldogs have talent but not on LSU's level.. FYI... This is a rivalry game and LSU has waited on this game for 10 months!!!

The only people saying Bama was so good was the media, its always that way. I remember when USC and FSU were going to play for Natty. Any team can get beat at anytime. Bama played its worst game of the year and that does happen and LSU played there best and Mett had a career day. All that said, bama still found a way to win while not playing well. Rather play a bad game and win...you think LSU is saying well, we played good..Dam near all teams we play concern me, and yea TAM is next. Could go down the list of every unbeaten team and find times that they should have lost or if something goes a different way, they dont win there game. Happens on all levels. There's nothing to correct. Don't feed the troll. He doesn't even believe what he posted. LSU simply played a near perfect game on offense. The got themselves into 3rd and short and was able to convert 50% of them(10/20). This allowed them to run 85 offensive plays to Bama's 52 offensive plays. Think about that...they ran 33 more offensive plays than we did. Our defense was gassed near the end but they got the stop. LSU had a fresh defense and we went 72 yards on 5 plays for the winning TD.

I tried to tell my friends that LSU was the one team that scared me and they thought I was crazy. They all said we would win by 3 TDs like the BCS title game but I told them Baton Rogue is a different animal at night and revenge is on their mind. Throw in a week off last week and there were plenty of things going in LSUs favor.

This is the best win of the year by any team. LSU just doesn't lose in that building and the yard a legit top 5 team. There is zero chance they drop another game. I still think they end up in a BCS game.
