    Not even sure quite yet. The past couple days, I've went from work to the hospital and then home. Not even going to tempt myself with starting d3 quite yet.

    I am sure the actual game won't be until next year sometime. Blizzard always takes their sweet time.

    I know you have been MIA but we are on top of things. We had all the info available mintues after it was announced.

    Also you must have missed where I said there is a rumor that DICE is going to release a second map the second week of the beta. The guy that posted this says he has an insider in DICE. He was the guy that was saying the beta would be the 27th weeks ago so he seems to know what he is talking about.

  • So the rumor is that friendly fire is on in core mode. I am not happy about this. I can just see myself being shot in the back or someone blowing up a jet I am in just so they can get in the jet.

    What I really hope they do in the full version of the game is put TK's in their stats and than give an option whether not you want to play with them, have something like a NO TKer option for searching for games. So if someone went over a certain amount TK's per game they would have a TKer tag put on their name until that percentage goes below a certain amount and they won't be able to join the NO TKer games.

    Additionally, If set person goes over a certain amount in a given period, like a two days or something. They get banned from game for 4 hours something like that.

    Kind of like a leaver percentage, but with TK's instead.

    I will personally make sure that you never... NEVER EVER EVER fly a jet in BF3. BF4 will be out in about 4 years, and you will have never flown a jet in BF3. I promise you.

    I don't mind friendly fire in theory. I hope they do what you are talking about or have some sort of plan in mind because if I am constantly being shot by my own team mates it is going to ruin the game for me.

    Actually, WVU could very well be in OU's conference real soon my friend. The divisions that were purposed has WVU in OU's division, as well. You don't want that. Oh, you know you don't want that!!!!!

    If there is friendly fire which I think is cool, surely they will make it to where you can't kill a teammate that is sitting in the cockpit of a jet, and you can't shoot down your own aircraft. Those things don't happen on accident, and it ruins gameplay. I think DICE will do this right.

    Yeah but I don't like that idea for Battlefield. In BF everything is available right away.

    I'm just excited about the possibility of getting out of this conference. I have no preference on where we go. I would rather it not be the ACC, but even that will do.

    360 gets all the COD maps early so I would day this a more than even trade since I don't give a shit about COD.

    Since the release date if BTK is rumored to be November 2nd I wonder if this means PS3 will get it at launch.

    I really hope so, and it wouldn't be that hard to implement. You just keep track of TK on stats and if I player goes over a certain TK:Game ratio, he/she can only join TKer game and can't join NO TKer games until they play enough games to lower that ratio enough to join NO TKer games. It's a very simple built in policing system.

    It won't be that hard to factor in accidental TKs because you know they're going to happen. But use the beta, to find out an appropriate number to put in for the TK:Game ratio to be used.
