  • Everything I've read on Conley suggests that with his mother being out West Oregon would be the leader should he decommit. He's been qouted on more than one occasion as saying it would be hard to turn down that offer and if they did offer he'd have alot to think about.

    Thanks for the insight Steve. What's the word on Dawson's visit this weekend. It's a 3:30pm game he's going to try and get to and I don't think his game will be over till around that time.

    I saw today it's a 1pm kick so it's going to be tight. We'll see what happens. Either way, I'd expect Dawson to get to East Lansing in the near future.

  • I gotta agree with skip. I don't think osu has even been mentioned by conley. The whole decommitment issue is about Oregon and them being his first love of colleges. Osu appears to be an after thought

    Sorry Gary but your info is incorrect about DB Conley, 1st he was interested in coming to Oregon, cause that was the Team he was really thinking about all this time he's been verbal led to Michigan, and the only reason Ohio Sts in the mix now is cause of Urban can't believe a word that come's out of his mouth Meyer's. The kid's alway's been interested in Oregon, and that's one of the reason that scum bag Meyer's has put any effort in this. I put Urban in that same category as Sarkisian, and Lame Kiffen as the biggest TWO face Coach's I've ever seen, so get your fact's straight!

    Can someone explain why you are just debating between Oregon and Ohio State when he is still committed to Michigan?!?! Shouldn't it be a 3 team debate? I mean his mom said he was going to take visits and then he didnt even decommitt like everyone expected him to. Clearly, he is still torn between schools, INCLUDING Michigan.

    Your right and that should go without saying. Definitely different than Dawson's situation. He was informed of the consequences of a potential visit and he's not made any to date. This looks to be a case of a kid who's a little torn but he's been really prudent in the process. If he goes to Oregon it's the right move for him and if he stays um will get a good one for sure.
