It's a good signing. 92 million is insane, but Barca's got the money, and while he's not Messi or Ronaldo good, he's easily a top 5 to 10 player in the world. Barca need help on the left wing. Villa is ok but its not 2010 anymore for him; Sanchez has been dissapointing, despite scoring today; their young guys aren't quite ready yet; Iniesta is much better as a mid then playing left striker, same with Fabregas.
Xavi will more than likely retire post world cup. So that gives Barca: Neymar, Messi, Pedro up front. Fabregas can take over in mid from Xavi, Iniesta can play on the left, Busquests in the middle. That's deadly.

Real has owned Barca recently they can talk smack.
Neymar is a great player and would be a great signing but that price is insane. That is what Madrid paid for Ronaldo and Neymar is no Ronaldo. Whoever got him was going to have to really over pay though.

Irrelevant. Ronaldos and Messis don't come around every 5-10yrs, Neymar is the best talent of the up and coming generation so having the best players relative to the competition is all that really matters.

More years out of him, the player market will inflate regardless of talent level, Brazil is a huge soccer market that truly will only focus on it's domestic leagues so having a world class player in the CL will be a marketing tsunami for whatever company that makes Barca's jerseys.
