Django here. Best movie I saw in 2012 was the last one I saw in 2012.
QT's best. It felt a little rushed on screen, even at 2 hours 45, but after reading the script beforehand..I loved it.
Leo should win over Cristoph for Best Supporting.

Movie was 'OK'. Seemed like just a paycheck movie for Ollie Stone though.
Blake Lively however - yes. This girl has it...whatever 'it' is.

How come nobody is saying Zero Dark Thirty? Nobody has seen it yet? Best movie of the year that I've seen. Django Unchained was second and Argo came after that.

No not really. Just good storyline of how things went down. And its not your typical war movie. Not much violence other than some prisoner torture. I read somewhere that some people that actually work for the CIA were getting in trouble for giving away classified information for the making of the movie. Some people hated the movie. I loved it.

Nobody has said Lawless yet... I thought it was solid.

I saw Lawless on PPV - it was pretty good. If nothing more than watching the guy who played Bane pull off a hillbilly accent .
Argo is about the rescue of several diplomats from Tehran in 1979. Very smart screenplay. Affleck should stick to directing from now on.....

Lawless wasn't great by any stretch.. but it was entertaining.

Looks like they doubled the budget and change so far. October release, so it'll prob do another 25 or so over the course of DVD release and post-release window.

I'm hooked on the films he directs - Gone Baby Gone and The Town were crazy good. I guess the guy had no 'Bourne' trilogy....had to do something to make a buck after Good Will Hunting :) . Tough life these guys have.....
