For me: Ed Norton - Fight Club, American History X. Those are the roles he excels in; intense, character driven films
Christian Bale - he's Batman for God sakes. He's easily one of the best actors out there. 'American Psycho' and 'The Machinist' are awesome.
Clive Owen - If you haven't seen 'Closer', you can't fully appreciate his acting.
Tom Hardy - Ridiculously good in 'Bronson', should of won something for his role.
Leo - He gets too much pub about his womanhood fandom and not enough about his acting.
Eric Bana - 'Chopper' and 'Munich'
Cillian Murphy - Great actor, really big overseas but picks his roles wisely here in the states.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt - Really made a name for himself lately but if you haven't seen 'Brick' I definitely recommend it. Also going to be in the new film 'Looper' which looks awesome and will play a major role in 'Lincoln'
I also think that Chris Pine has the potential to be a good one, hasn't picked the best roles but could be good.
