    I don't know what they saw. There were a lot of guys out there that could have been on the list but it was by no means a no-brainer that Baugh was the top player there. Still think he's a good player but I didn't see anything to put him on this list. I like him, but I just thought other guys made a bigger impact this weekend.

    I actually thought the 2014 TE that was on his team, Darrell Cloy had a little bit better weekend this weekend.

  • Barton I beg to differ, as a coach on B2g Marcus balled. He had about 6 TD and numerous big catches all weekend. Cloy is a great player but as if right now is not on Marcus level.

    No they didn't. It wasn't ranked like Barton's is, it just had top performers.

    I'm in no way trying to say that Baugh didn't have a good weekend. I just didn't think he was one of the top 10 players overall. I also didn't see every one of his games, certainly not every one of his possessions.

    I don't think Cloy is a better prospect than Baugh, he made more catches that I was able to see, that's all. You had the benefit of seeing every game and possession so I certainly take you at your word. I could only list the top 10 based on what I saw though.

    As I said before, I stil like Baugh a lot as a prospect. Ommission from this list shouldn't be taken as a slight.

  • Give Barton some credit for having balls and not taking the obvious position for the weekend. He has a 2015 guy who hasn't played a down of varsity football as his top performer.

    Yes he did play. He was very good per usual. Another guy that could have been on the list but you limit it to a top ten, some good players are going to get left off.

    You don't question Urban. If Baugh wasn't the best prospect at every camp or tournament he went to the Urbs would not have accepted his commitment. Common sense.

    He is definitely not afraid to let someone know that he's locking up his side. What I like about him is that he's competitive. In every setting he plays with a chip on his shoulder and wants to dominate.

    I think hes got some good upside as he continues to add weight and strength. He's not really a "big" corner though but def has room for development.

  • That's nice to know the reason I asked is I just heard he was invited to play for the UNITED STATES WORLD football team that represents his country and he has several other things he has been invited to for the summer including another sites first ever top100 camp.I think these are huge honors.As a fan of the game it has Ashley been stated that he is going to move way up in the rankings on other sites.Do you feel the same way about him climbing the boards on our site.Really trying to see what type of a kid/player USC is getting

    He'll be moving up some for sure. I think he's a borderline top100 player. could be inside could be right outside. IMO.

    Barton who in your opinion is the best cornerback in Ca.and the best safety in Ca that you have seen all the way up to date including all seven on seven and Nftc's

    Best safety in my opinion is Su'a Cravens with Tahaan Goodman not far behind. Best CB, probably is Chris Hawkins. I do think there are a lot of guys that have upside though at the CB position that are just kind of lightly known.

    Iman Mashall has a chance to be off the charts good. He hasn't played a snap of varsity football and he already looks and plays step for step with guys like Chris Hawkins, Priest Willis and Tahaan Goodman.

    Out west Jalen Davis at Helix, Jaleel Wadood at Lakewood, Jonathan Lockett at Mater Dei, Demetric Woodard at Servite...those are just some guys off the top of my head that look pretty good right now.
