I got a friend who uses Jack3d and he really likes it.

Supplements are a waste of money imo unless you are trying to be a body builder or you play sports for a living

Being strong in the weight room doesn't make you a badass and the majority of that stuff is likely to be very bad for you

I don't really see the point for your average working class american, I have tried things here and there for the hell of it and I don't like the process of buying it and preparing it for workouts and overall its just a huge waste of time and energy iyam.... and money

Im in great shape and strong enough without them, eating well is more important and I feel better effects when I do that than I ever did on some gimmicky supplement

Go to TrueNutrition.com for the protein best quality and if you want a pre-work out supplement why get the caffeine free product sounds stupid to me.

I think they are both pretty good. I use Optimum protein and Casein. If you're serious you should get some casein from them as well. The casein is a milk protein that's slow digesting and will help your body heal while you are sleeping which is a huge plus.

I only tried NO Explode a couple times but I'm a big fan of Jack3d, it gets me going in the gym. Just don't use it every day or it will lose its potency on your body.

Food. Unless you are willing to go with anabolics, "sports supplements" are the world's greatest proof of the placebo effect.

Used NO Explode to great results. They changed their blend a few years ago and haven't responded the same to it. Tried Jack3d and liked it. Just a heads up though, Jack3d is like a constant caffeine drip for some people (myself included) that is the one thing I didn't like about it. I think some people are inherently sensitive to thermogenics, so if you think you are one I would recommend taking less than recommended or not try it at all.

Agree, unless you have a high metabolism and are trying to put on weight. Eating 3500 calories is a beast.

I use supplementwarehouse.com for my stuff. They are pretty cheap, and if you find it cheaper elsewhere, they'll beat it by 5%.
As far as protein, Optimum Nutrition is the best one out there. I'm a big fan of the cake batter as well as the chocolate mint.
I haven't used NO or Jack3d, but i have used Superpump250 by Gaspari, and I had good results.

This is a good one, and you can't go wrong with chocolate.
