This. I will say that he made some amazing throws against Alabama in the 08 championship and put the ball where only his WR's could get it, in a very small window. However, overall through his college career, that offense was designed to get their skill players in space and usually did with no one being within 10 yards of them. He was definetly a system guy but a tremendous football player. I'm not takin anything away from him but giving me his competetion % numbers doesn't help his cause.

I think it comes down to this. If you're starting a team and get to choose either Tebow or Cam, I think 99% of people who have any sense whatsoever pick Cam. You can take a guy with Cam's attributes and stick him in whatever kinda system there is and he'd be highly successful and could still win the Heisman. I don't think You could do the same with Tebow.

Anybody who thinks, at this point, that there is even a snowball's chance in Hell of Tebow ever being a better NFL QB than Cam, I don't even know what to say to you ... other than that Whitney just went down doing some of that same stuff so please be careful.

Haha.
I agree Cam is the better prospect, but if you at wins and losses, it goes the other way. Cam also had better receivers and protection at Carolina.
You can't overlook taking a 1-4 team to a playoff win against the Steelers.

Jabrill Peppers...More I watch, the more I'm convinced he is the best player in the 2014 class. Barring injury, he will do special things.

I still want to see Cam win at the NFL level first.
Is he skilled? Yes. In fact more so than just about anyone. Does he step in last year and take a 1-4 Broncos team to the 2nd round of the playoffs? No one can answer this, but I would have my doubts. Doesn't mean Tebow is better. He just had something the Broncos needed. He was a positive leader and influence on the offensive side of the ball.
Cam can be great and probably will, but again, wins and losses will determine his success, not stats. Phillip Rivers has great stats. Scott Mitchell had great stats. Honestly, the jury is still out on Tebow as well so the NFL comparrison is probably premature for both.
If I had to project, I would say Cam right now, yes.
