He's saying PSU beats Nebraska last year to go 7-1 in conference, keeping you guys out of the Big Ten CG if Sandusky things don't hit the fan the week leading up to that game. Then this year, PSU would have went to the CG without Sandusky as well (and obviously Tatgate as well).
Not gonna get into an argument about it, cause honestly I don't care either way on this issue, but just wanted to explain his comment for you.

If the criminal activity of OSU had not been overlooked by Delany and Tressel three years ago MSU would have been been the representative. So they were gifted by being a clean school where two schools in conference were breaking laws.

I live an hour and half south of Madison, I go there to go to the VA hospital, I love hanging out on your campus, and I have hung out and had a few beers with your students, and I know a TON of Badger fans around here who are great people and guess what?
