Alabama has played 4 B1G teams since Nick Saban has been coach. All 4 B1G opponents were ranked: #8 Michigan, #11 Penn State, #18 Penn State, #9 Michigan State. Alabama beat them all and won by a combined 141-35 (average score 35-9). And that includes a 24-3 game against Penn State when Saban had backups playing in the third quarter to keep from running the score up on Joe Paterno.
