A lot of kids don't know how to run 40's at this stage in their career. Using that as the sole criteria on why one kid's better than another is not wise.

    Scott's a great player, but I value the 6'2+ WR's in-state. Those kid's don't grow on trees. As you can see, there's a plethora of 6'0 and under WR's in-state.

    Simple supply and demand.

Plus, Bronson was apparently very impressive at the UA combine. I think he'd be appreciated more if he was actually featured in Dunbar's offense.

Bronson's Shuffle and L-cone were pretty much on par, for his frame.

But, I gotta admit, the 26 inch vertical was a little bit lacking. At the same time, that's something that can be improved, as well as the straight line speed.

    CRgator1

  • I agree but he doesn't possess great game speed either. The 26" vertical for a guy that tall is also concerning. Yes, 6'0 Wrs grow on trees in Florida but look at some of the best receivers from the state of Florida in college now. Rashad Greene, 6"0.5, Amari Cooper 6'1, Phillip Dorsett 5'10. They seem to be the ones making the early impacts.

I'm not saying the kid isn't good but I think Scott will have the early impact at the next level.

It has become obvious that 2013 will be a transition year to a base 3-4. I am sure we will still play nickel and some 4-3 as well that is the plan.

Winter Park dude, Pugh, Yeargin are what we are looking at for that Jack spot it seems. I would like to land Pugh and Yeargin and just raw dog the ACC until we leave.

Miami is not recruiting Yeargin at all and University kids are overrated most of the time.

It's been a decade since Miami got a good University kid.
