Big Ben's injury life threatening?

That is what some guy in my office is claiming.
The guy making the claim is also an Alabama football fan and a Kentucky basketball fan.
So yeah, there's that.

Everything about the injury seemed to indicate it was to his shoulder. So unless its a knife wound that extended into the lungs and heart, it doesnt seem to be life threatening.

He's saying that Ben has a rib issue as well. That if Ben would get hit in a certain way the rib would puncture his lung and kill him.

There are a lot of Bama football/UK basketball fans over on BOL. Its extremely weird. Also, a lot are Lakers, Yankees, and Patriots fans. Also weird.
Now I realize Alabama doesn't have pro teams, but West Virginia doesn't either. West Virginia folks stay local, though. Steelers, Browns, Bengals, Redskins, Pirates, Reds, ect...

Oh, he has a long, convoluted reasoning behind why simply to avoid having to say he's a frontrunner.
