Big X fans, question about Bielema

  • Wasn't he the coach that got his panties all in a bunch for Urban Meyer recruiting someone on his team that was committed? If I remember correctly, it was him more than any of the other one's that were complaining about that tactic and how he was above it. I just find it funny that he's already going hard after Altee Tenpenny whom is committed to us.

    I'm not complaining because that is the nature of recruiting, but I find it super hypocritical of him. I guess it's all good as long as it goes in your favor. Tenpenny says that he is still solid to Bama but we will see. With Henry and Tyren Jones, along with a good possibility of Kamara we would be fine anyway. Sure didn't take him long to learn the ways of the SEC though. Especially since he was bashing our entire conference less than a year ago.

  • I've always heard he was a bit nuts but I never paid much attention to it since it didn't concern the SEC. With the way you guys talk about him, this could get interesting.

    You'd be hard pressed to find a non-Wisconsin fan who doesn't think he's an ass. And after what just happened, Wisconsin fans might not have the softest spot for him either.

    The Badger fans I know aren't upset he left, they are just mad that he left on his own accord. Most wanted the chance for him to be fired at some point.

    Bielema accused Urban of having Eddie George calling Kyle Dodson. That was his complaint to the B1G. Obviously he apologized to all parties including Barry Alvarez who let him walk instead of matching 600k.
