The running your mouth stuff goes both ways. Perkins went from wanting to visit Michigan to a buckeye commit bashing Michigan in no time. They're kids, kids talk crap. Hell even pro's and pro coaches do. It's all in good fun to get under an opponents skin, and/or motivate your team.

cheers Agreed. Gotta keep it fun but for crying out loud stay classy.

OK i refuse to step foot in the state of Mich. But i have friends who are Mich. fans and i don't treat them any differently then the rest of my friends. I would have their back in a fight or in any struggle as would they mine. Ask anyone who knows me, there may not be a bigger Buckeye fan than me. Even Woody Hayes visited Bo (whats his name) in Ann Arbor and spoke to his teams after he was fired from OSU.

  • Good pickup for Bucks, I think he was a lock from the beginning.

  • But i do want to go on record that a month ago i stated Marshall, Burrows, Price, Zaire and Woodard would be buckeyes by the end of february. And I still say we get Gibson and Powell ( if offered) and still think Deveon Smith goes to Mich.

Eli will commit to OSU on Thursday!

I'm not bitter. Just sad Price got shut out because he wasn't intelligent. At least he has that program at Ohio State that it is impossible to fail out of. This according to Aldophus.

Hardly. Michigan's class last year will end up being better then OSU's (guys like Schutt, Perkins, Camren Williams are overrated big time).

Shane Morris, Dymonte, and LTT (he's coming eventually) > Burrows, Price, Marshall

  • Not surprising, especially after the dickish comments he said about Michigan.

Easily the dumbest statement I've read all year. I'll take a lifetime sig bet with you that Marshall, Burrows, and Price will have more victories in THE rivalry than those 3. If they tie (2 apiece), point totals in those 4 games will be the tiebreaker. What do you say? Care to put your pride where your mouth is?

You're dodging the topic at hand (the bet) because you know you'll lose? I guess I can't say I'm shocked at all...

I'll do a sig bet for the games Morris starts. He's the most important part of the equation. But it's also a dumb bet because the odds of us both posting here in 4 or 5 years and remembering this bet are slim to none.

But the dumbest thing you've heard all year is that I think the #1 QB in nation, one of top safeties in nation, and hottest recruit in nation is better then Jalin Marshall who must switch positions completely, Cam Burrows, and Billy Price? Okay pal, you must be talking to some genius's.

I know Sparties and Ohio fans like to hate on Morris, but he has a great arm, is a great leader, and is a underrated athlete. Kids going to be a player.

He's also barely completed 50% of his passes in a crappy division. What a contender...

Yeah going by that stat is where your wrong. His receivers can't catch. After he tears it up in camps again this year, you will understand.

Crappy division? The Catholic League Central Division is one of the toughest, if not THE toughest divisions in the state. Brother Rice won the D2 state title this year, Catholic Central played for the D1 title, and Orchard Lake St Mary's won the D3 title.

    Crappy division? roflmao

He's a tremendous leader but he can't motivate his receivers to catch? It's funny how you people annoint him a great quarterback (with no stats to prove it), and a great leader (as if his leadership can be measured or even indicated by the performances of his "awful" receivers.) You can't have it both ways. He's proven nothing. I'll take a player who's an elite athlete like Jalin Marshall. No matter what he does, he's a lightning in a bottle playmaker who can house it from anywhere on the field.

Motivate his players to catch? Are you serious watch sportscenter even Brady couldn't "motivate his players to catch.". It's like the saying you can lead a horse to water but you can make him drink it. Shane can deliver the ball, it's the receivers job to catch it.
