I don't think it's racist, at least not in the negative sense (which is all I personally care about). If it's a meal that is usually served together, which apparently it is, then why the issue? If it was German history month, or Milwaukee history month, I bet no one would care if they served Brats.

Jabrill Peppers...More I watch, the more I'm convinced he is the best player in the 2014 class. Barring injury, he will do special things.

I was born and raised in Alabama, have family in the state, my family knows Wilbur Jackson (Alabama's 1st black football player) very well, had a cousin Graduate from there in 1980 and a younger brother that recently graduated from Bama (Tuscaloosa) in 2006. In addition, my family is from Clio, Alabama......Home of former Governor George C. Wallace......the very Governor that stood in the doorway to block the entrance of black students [in regards to the desegregation of the campus] on June 11, 1963.
Honestly, Alabama or Ole Miss are probably among the most racist schools in the nation and they will likely be the last that will ever have an African American Head Football Coach. As a state, Alabama is still way behind in terms of race relations improvement since the 1960s. I've attended recent big Bama games (Penn St & Auburn 2010, Arkansas & LSU 2011) in Tuscaloosa and sat in the Club Level with my brother in tow.......It's like they couldn't believe I could afford the seats.
My mom is an Employee of the State of Alabama........so I have a perspective from many angles. I would NEVER live in the state of Alabama again and I wouldn't allow my kids to attend Alabama (Tuscaloosa Campus). Trust me....Duke is much better in terms of race relations than Alabama. Thank goodness for the football team or it would be even worse.
