That's what I'm curious about. Even since 2000, going from Frank through the length of Callahan's time and up to Pelini in the present, we're still top twenty in wins (#17) to date.
I'd be happy to discuss Nebraska's place among the Blue Bloods any time.

Tennessee way before miami. miami has 5 NCs but they had to cheat really bad(got away with it with only probation but still cheated) to get them and havent been dominant for a long period of time
bluebloods in my book are the programs with a long history. Penn State and Tennessee fit the bill. im kind of on the fence with UF and LSU but i can see it
FSU and Miami have the resumes in the short term but arent established enough in my book to deserve blueblood status
