However, in the Columbia SC area, Bojangles is consistently the worst service imagineable at all locations. Never get the order right, biscuits are wrong, always wrong drinks, always wrong sizes of fries or drinks, replace bo rounds with fries or vice versa, rude, slow, no ketchup, etc...
is it like this elsewhere?

I live in GA and the one near me is always right and good

Bojangles is my favorite chicken place. We just got a Popeyes, and it doesn't even compare, IMO. Love their Chicken Supreme dinner, cajun chicken sandwich, fries... Hell I love everything you can order there. Bo-Berry Biscuits!!!!
