    I think I am done with this game. I just lost my level 50 assassin and all of my gold stuff because of a power surge. I am so made right now I don't even know what to do.

    This is quite tragic, were your profile setting what was corrupted or the character? Might be worth a shot to delete your profile settings and re configuring them once it loads to see if the character is still there.

    Yeah, I can't imagine it saves them at the same time, it'd make sense that it saves one closes the IO to the file and then open/saves/closes the next.

    It is the character that is corrupt. At this point I can't see myself playing this game for a while.

    Just don't feel like trying to find all of the loot again. Was just finally getting some good stuff.

    A chubby varkid dropped a gold Bunny RPG for me today.

    I'm more interested in playing with my new player anyway. Really like the turret.

    Of course this shit happens right before the DLC comes out. So effing pissed off. I wish AC III was coming out on Tuesday so I had something to play for a while.

  • I hate all of you. Just watched a video of 3 guys getting a varkid all alone. No other varkids. None of them died even once. They would just shoot the varkid, but not kill him. He just kept on podding until he became vermavorous.

    I knew I should have researched it.

    A mod is required for that to work I believe. Varkids will not pod if they are the only varkid in the area.

    Yes, a number of gold items you had we have duplicates of anyway, shouldn't be too difficult once you get a second character leveled up. Might be a good idea just to have the rest of us help you blow through the story missions so you level up fast when you do decide to give it another go.

    Yeah I think the only thing I had that we had not duplicated was the explosive SMG. I really liked that gun too.

    Think of it this way ... start a new game and you already have the same number of gold guns as me.. zero.

    I've actually found a way to make a $20k blue shotgun just own everything outside of big bosses.

    Nah you won't get nearly enough Xp from that. On the higher levels there are a lot of enemies we were killing that were over 1,000 xp. Still takes a while.

    Well you will be able to do it near instantly over and over, with a level 50 and a level 50 shotgun. You should be able to do it 50 times in one minute.

    Get it to like level 40, then wait till True Vault hunter and farm the last 10 levels.

    You really should have unplugged your ethernet cable so it didn't try to upload a potentially corrupt gamesave to the cloud.

    Then unplug your power cord. It can't upload if the system doesn't turn itself on for its daily upload/download, or unplug your router until you get a chance to check it.
