Quietcomfort headphones are super. Expensive tho...check ebay can get some for 125 or so...bought them for flying (great great) but they are great for yardwork and on computer too.

I got the in ear head phones with mic that i use in car with phone and in gym. I love mine, also have the iPod docking station in kitchen. Sounds good as well

I've had the 321 GSX for a few years now and I've had no problems. Sound is great. Nice being able to have 200+ hours of cds downloaded on there.

Good point. I have their headset because I travel a lot but I'm sure I paid too much for them,

I think the best thing about the Bose headphones is they are cordless right? That's cool for being on flights for sure.

I would get something like that for travel.

Klipsch>>>>Bose. A well rounded Klipsch system will cost about the same but will shit on the Bose system. Klipsch is a great speaker and they are horn loaded which means listener fatigue is a minimum. Trust me on this. Titanium diagrams on the horns and the crossovers give you music or sound across the entire spectrum.

Good quality but overpriced

I'd watch for sales on a Klipsch Quintet system and subwoofer. Occasionally they will do package deals where you can get that setup for a good price. I have the Quintet and a 10" klipsch subwoofer with a Yamaha RX-V473BL receiver and it sounds great. I think this would probably work fine for most living rooms.
