    How about you go ask any number of your "friends" (Smitty, Grnt, Signal, Couch, or Blue, all excellent examples) about my lack of religious belief, they have all known about my feelings for a long time as this is no fad for me, it's what I believe. I haven't put your god down and if you knew anything about me, you would know that I have not believed in god since long before you ever met me. DEAL WITH THAT.

    It IS okay to be gay just like it is okay to be heterosexual or African American or Chinese or Russian. People are PEOPLE, nothing more and nothing less. When you stop insisting on putting derogatory labels on people, this world will be a much kinder, simpler place for you.

    The funniest part about your "stand" is the person you call your Lord and Savior never would have condemned people the way you and many Christians do on a frequent basis. You've done it in this very thread, but you don't want to see how your own behavior drives people away from the faith you are called (according to your scripture) to bring into the fold, not drive away. Something else you can "DEAL WITH"

    You didn't claim that. FightingTide did. He posted, "Thats all they have. I've learned that the proponents of homosexuality tend to follow the personal attacks route". To which I responded, that's funny, I've noticed a few personal attacks from his side. Sorry to drag you into this but yours are the ones I've pulled from the past 6 pages.

    I notice the biggest personal attack is that if one is in favor of gay marriage, then they call you gay. This is a horrible insult to them. I really could care less if you call me gay or not.

  • By the way, I said this at the beginning of the thread but I will state it again here. The Mayors of any city do not have the right to ban a restaraunt from exercising its right to conduct business based on the religious affiliations of its owners. I have not tried to tell anyone they should not eat at CFA. I have just said that I personally will not be eating there.
