Hes a douche, but seems to be a decent coach. If he can bring that run game into the SEC it could be interesting. That offensive scheme with "SEC speed" could be good.

Guy is a quality coach but a bad hire for Arky. No way he recruits well enough to line up with 2 TEs and run it right at Bama and LSU every year. This will move you closer to where Miss State is right now than where you guys want to go. And I bet his salary is going to be so high that firing him will be a problem in 4 years.

and he is 2-4 in bowl games. The cards were stacked for him last year and he failed miserably. Should be interesting to see how he transitions to the SEC.
