    What does that have to do with anything? We were expected to go winless or close, they were Big Ten championship contenders to start the season.

    This. I get wanting to support your team. To an extent, I understand rooting for your conference. But to have a pissy little meltdown because you made a wrong pick on your bowl pick 'em is pretty stupid. It's not the end of the world, brah. But thanks for the comedy.
    (FWIW, I also like laughing at compulsive gamblers who lose and cry about it-- I feel that those slugs cheapen the spirit of CFB.)

    Agree completely. If that offense is average, we'd be 12-1 and playing in the Rose Bowl (and yes, unsuccessfully trying to make a case that we should have a rematch with ND in the title game).

    I really don't give a damn. I don't root for a conference, either. I wanted Texas to lose badly today.

    I do feel bad for the rest of the TCU team that did what it took to win. They deserved to win the game, and he took it away from them. Sucks for them.

    It also sucks that there is no college football tomorrow.

    Mr dumb ass. MSU lead in TOP, first downs, rushing yards. They also lead in crappy call penalties which lead to TCU's first TD. while TCU had a much better first half, MSU made adjustments and did what it took to win. Deal with it.

    Pretty much everything from yesterday. RB DE and TE may go pro early. Just about everyone else is back.

    Nice spin. They obviously did not do enough to win because they did not have more points on the scoreboard when the clock hit triple 0. Last I checked turnovers and special teams are a part of the game. MSU made adjustments and held TCU to 3 points in the second half. Also got Bell going and wore down TCU's under sized DL. Neither team was very good, but MSU made the plays in the end and the D closed the game out on that final drive.
