Buffalo drafts another Nole

  • They just drafted Zebrie Sanders. I hope y'all do not need him to start right away, because he is not ready.

  • We don't. He will be the 4th tackle on the roster.

Everyone is saying Glenn can't be LT. Buddy Nix and the Bills think he can, and there are some other guys who think so also.

  • Buffalo is r worded for taking all these warm weather kids and bringing them up north imo, its not very smart

Im sure they love the talent and speed but most kids from the south are totally different players in that type of cold and watching how much they bundle themselves up is always good for a laugh

Well they would eventually had to experience sometime in their career, so they might as well get it out of the way now. Plus I heard the weather in Buffalo really sucks

True but Sanders is from ohio so he's seen some cold weather. Just not sure if he'll be efective pro tackle.

For some players they can never really get used to it

Playing football in really cold weather is one of the most miserable things I have ever done in my life and I have done some shit

Everything about it is pure pain and its changes the kind of player you are no matter what, very few have the kind of balls to play through it and still play lights out football at high speed

Bradham might be able to handle it cause he is one tough SOB, and Sanders is originally from Ohio so I actually spoke a little out of my anus but I remember Spiller going 9th too and that hasn't really panned out and Im sure CJ hates playing in that weather

  • I would honestly have a test where I put them in a ice box for an hour or something to see how they handle the cold

Cause I have seen some just shut down completely and bitch non stop, and this is just standing around.... playing football in the NFL is a whole different story

I couldn't even imagine how bad a Ray Lewis hit would hurt in 15 degree weather with a wind chill

I would rather take a kick to the nuts with a steel toed boot

  • I had the chance to play on a frozen field my junior in the playoffs in November in West Florida and it sucked hitting that field. All of our players were huddled up trying to stay warm, and even running around really did not help.

  • Not sure if serious NoVa.

If a kid is going to play in the NFL he's going to have to play in the cold. So if these kids want to play they better man up and tough it out.

Plus it hasn't hurt them in the past. Most of the Bills best players were from the South.

lol at your frozen field in west florida

I have played in under 0 degrees with brutal winds, I had on 6 turtlenecks

Was zero fun, and I would get so pissed when old timers and coaches were calling it football weather

Yeah GFY on that one coach

Dead serious, if you think players from florida haven't flaked out cause they can't play in cold weather you haven't been paying attention over the years

Many can handle it so there is no need to freak or nothing, Im just saying if I was Buffalo I would be very careful on who I selected from the south

Buffalo weather come playoff time is no joke and you will need players who can handle it without bitchin and half ass'in

Well that is the coldest weather I have ever experience in my football career, and plus it started to rain to which is not fun when it is cold and windy, because the rain blows in your face which sucks trying to see.

And if they suck, then cut their asses. I don't agree with sticking with Southern players, but I think they should be able to whether the cold.

It's just the cold, won't kill you.

Yeah Im just messing with ya, it certainly sucks when its only that cold too

I hate rain too, bad weather is terrible for football.... people who thought it was fun were always crazy to me

All it did was deny my abilities and made throwing a football not even fun

I dunno. I think he'd be a great RT, but not sure if he has the footwork for LT to avoid being beaten off the edge. He really struggled with the speed rush in the Outback Bowl, Gholston and Allen gave him tons of problems.

The players who loved were the trench players like myself, because we were sliding around on the field and we loved getting down and dirty especially after hitting the QB or running back.

Fair enough but it was his first year and the Bills run a quick pass system anyway. Not many 5 and 7 step drops.
