Strictly walk throughs today for North hopefully south will do something.

New arrivals that I notice on south: Lavon Coleman, Chris Hawkins and a couple others.

LaRue and John Ross are really similar. Both have a ton of burst

Really like Cameron Walker as well. Playing mainly offense this week. Has some height and similar quickness to the other two.

1on1s now.

LaRue forces PI against Armond Hawkins. Still only on completion through about 8 reps tho.

Sounds like Hawk is getting toasted... 1 on 1's though right? I always saw CH as a zone/anticipation/ball hawk guy and not really a man up or lock down kind of cover corner.

I wouldn't say he's getting toasted. Just had a couple balls caught on him. Not as If he looked overmatched.

Khari McGee as always is very up and down but when he's up he's good.

Looking to take officials to Arizona and Utah in January.

Utah commit Marcellus Pippens tells me that he'll take officials to Boise State and Washington State.

I honestly can't remember ever seeing LaRue at cornerback in person but I think he'd be a good fit there. His quickness out of cuts would be really effective on the other side of the ball. As far as upside, CB may be his spot. He seems to want to play WR though
