Why would you cite carries and then yards from scrimmage? Why not go back one more year to include Chris Johnson's 2000 yard season? Why are you using players that were born in Cali but never played football there? In that case, Foster should be on the national side.
Like I said, you are cherry picking. And even then, the national team comes out on top.

Here's a more concise version of the running back comparison.
BTW, I don't know where you got your wrong info from, but all 6 RB's used in this comparison played high school football in California.
6 of the NFL's top RB's Past 2 seasons from A.Peterson, R.Rice, C.Johnson, F.Gore, J.Charles, and Alfred Morris(1 yr). ================================== 3,198 carries/receptions 16,352 yards from scrimmage 5.1 yards per touch 98 TD's
6 California RB's Past 2 seasons from A.Foster, M.Lynch, R.Bush, R.Mathews, MJD, and Doug Martin(1 yr). ================================ 3,243 carries/receptions 16,255 yards from scrimmage 5.0 per touch 101 TD's
It's practically even over the last 2 years, basically because AP's amazing almost all-time rushing record season. I think it's pretty remarkable that the comparison can even be made, considering these 6 RB's from California have produced the same numbers as the top 6 RB's the rest of the NFL has to offer currently.
Maybe you should just give some credit where credit is due. It's not going to kill you to acknowledge that California is running the show in the NFL (just like the NBA and MLB) is it?

It's fairly obvious to anyone without their noses stuffed deep inside Cali's ass that the reason the national team got more touches is because they were more valuable and trusted. If Charles was not hurt, the numbers would be far apart (something that started to show in your initial 3 year figures).
