6' and I can barely touch the bottom of the rim

5-10 and can get up on the rim...in hs when I played I could grab with both hands and almost dunked in a game because of pure adrenaline

6'2"..Could dunk many years ago..might be able to now but havent played in so long it would be a scary proposition ....

When I was a sophmore in HS- I was 6'0" & 170lbs.... & I could dunk 2 handed.
Now i'm an overweight, lazy POS. I weigh around 225lbs....and would be happy if I could still touch the bottom of the rim.

^^This. In another lifetime I could dunk a flat basketball at 6' 0",but could never two hand and my hands are too small to palm a full basketball. I have trouble getting off the couch some days now.

I can dunk on a 7 foot rim.
Barely.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

Barely 6'1" and can still throw down in game situations but its not my style ( this drives a lot of my friends crazy )

I am 6'0 and always had the same problem. I managed to dunk a few times but that was it.
I doubt I could even grab the rim anymore. Probably barely get the net.

Same here. 6'2" and could dunk through college but had to cup it. I can't even palm a women's basketball. I'm 35 now and wouldn't even try.

I could always touch rim. now that I have been working out legs hard core I could def grab and if I just spent a week or so playing b ball I think that I could dunk a little nerf ball or something. I am 5'10"
