Champions League: Real vs Bayern discussion Postmatch...

Terrific game. Dominated in flow for the first 15 minutes by Real but then Bayern struck and they controlled the rest of the match IYAM. Mario Gomez was brutal the whole match and even his goal at the end he totally screwed up it just went in. He'll know that more than anyone else when he goes to sleep tonight.
Certainly not over but I am pleased. I want the Catalans to play Bayern in Munich for the title. Takes the pressure totally off of Barca and Real will be super mad about it.

Pretty good match, Bayern was better for more of the match than Real, but I like where is Real is. They got the away goal and should win at home so I like their chances.

I expect Real to win 2-1 at home and it go to PKs. Real has better ball strikers but PKs are about peace of mind and placement. I always took them for my team from 5 years old into college and they are nerveracking to say the least.

This is exactly what I want to happen too. Mourinho would be so butt hurt it would make me laugh.

After Bayern scored their first they seemed content and that allowed for the counter attack because of sloppy play. They lost focus throughout the entire middle of the match, before Gomez got lucky. Marcello is the dirtiest scumbag in all of sports imo. His card should have been straight red.

There have been 3 legitimate ground swells of pressure from Madrid fans in the past 9 months alone for Pepe to be sold immediately because he brings shame on the club.
He's always stomping, hacking, flopping, etc. Messi abuses him every game and Pepe just responds by trying to hurt him.
