I watched most of this game on TV and that was a crazy play but Trent Taylor is for real.He made several outstanding catches.

By the standard of completing the catch by making a football move on the ground with the ball, that wasn't a completed pass. I don't know if that is the standard in high school, but if it is, then that should have been ruled incomplete.
