Although I agree with you that his offense probably won't work in the NFL and that he'll either resign or get fired before his contract is up, I don't think he's coming back to the collegiate level next year. I don't see how his NFL team would give him a pink slip after only one season. I think Chip will be given a few seasons to gather the right players for his system.

If you watch the ducks play with any regularity, they really don't expose the QB to many shots. It's not so much the QB running, it's making the D account for it. The bulk of Mariota's runs have come off broken plays or him just taking off when he sees a truck sized hole and the LBs turned around.

He will succeed with Vick, but if he can somehow get Marcus to set up the future..:watch out.

Chip isn't going to run the Oregon offense in Philly. Has anyone bothered to check what kind of offense he ran at New Hampshire? Pass first. In 2005 NH was 5th in the nation for passing yards per game.

Vick's cap number for 2013 would be $16.9 million if they keep him. I see Kelly starting fresh with a qb he will want to keep for awhile.
