Back in the day a few of my college teammates worked at the Sierra Nevada brewery in their hometown of Chico. Don't know if Sierra Nevada Brew Co is known outside of Ca. and the Pacific coast, but I'm pretty sure you could get it shipped out there.
They got a seasonal brew called Celebration Ale that is kinda similar to their Pale Ale. I think it's like 6.2% or something close to that. It's solid.
They also got the Bigfoot Ale that I believe isn't available til January, but that may have changed. The Bigfoot Ale is 9.6%. If your gonna wrestle that behemoth, do go 1 too many rounds.
