I have only seen him live once but he was the worst coach I have ever seen in my life counting high school and middle school teams

He's entirely out of league as a BCS head coach. He's a position coach, pure and simple. About a 1/3rd of the time he gets interviewed he sounds like a fan or some other untactful "just out there and honest! WHEW!!!!" type individual.

i think they should give him a contract for the amount of years it took them to win the acc again. So he deserve a 20 year contract. F it just make it a lifetime contract the dude deserves it.

Clemson is Clemson. they think Dabo will hold down the recruiting, while Venables and Morris will do the coaching. Only problem is they overpaid for two average coordinators and still dont have a Oline. Tommy Bowden part II imo.

I agree with most of your assessment, but it's funny that that our OC/DC are average to you. Do y'all even have an OC? GA Mangus? He has really shown his ability to develop QB's. And then there's Whammy. I don't think you would find a team in the country that would take him over Venables. Not saying Venables is great, but Whammy is about as unproven as you could be.
And lol at TB part II, Tommy could always beat South Carolina when it mattered, Dabo cannot.

Anyone could beat S Car when Tommy was there. And yes I think your OC/DC are overpaid and average. Spurrier is our OC, so yea he's pretty good. You ask most OU fans and they will tell you that Venables was a step down from Stoops and that his secondaries constantly got burned. Whammy will be a great DC, he's coached under Bud Foster and Ellis johnson. He seemed to do pretty well against Nebraska in the bowl game. Held them to their lowest offensive margins of the year. We will look at defensive rankings and records at the end of the year to compare staffs...that seems fair.

Sorry man, but Nebraska would thrash Clemson. Martinez is better than Maryland's QB, and he carved Clemson up like a turkey with his arm/legs. I dont really know a running QB that Clemson contained all year.

We haven't stopped a running QB in 3 years, hence the reason we fired our DC.
