I'd at least let Nkemdiche play his senior year. I don't think his HS stats are close, save maybe a few more rushing attempts/yards.
As previously said, different types of players so it's really just subjective.

Both are/were extremely physically impressive. I think Clowney has more explosiveness rushing the passer, but Nkemdiche may end up more of a balanced player. Couldn't have gone wrong with either.

You do realize Clowney was said to be the best defensive prospect in the last 10 years?
Clowney for sure out of HS....IMO

I found "306 tackles and 52.5 sacks over the last two seasons", so that would be 23 sacks and 144 tackles as a junior.

To me its not even close Clowney is better. Clowney will be a Top 3 pick in draft when he comes out.

Clowney, and it's not close. The guy is just disgustingly good, and like someone posted above, he'll be at least a top 5 pick when he comes out as a junior. The guy just flat out dominates everyone he faces.

both studs...siap...but you do realize nkimdeche only plays till halftime in most games due to blowouts...I'd also venture to say the competition he's facing is better. both amazing talent...clowney's film was sick.
