I think generally you will find that Coca-Cola (Atlanta, GA) is preferred by most southern states and Pepsi is preferred by most non-southern states.

In the south, regardless of which product they serve, most restaurants can place your order using "coke" as the drink of choice.

For me, I don't drink carbonated beverages. I do like southern sweet tea, though.

Coke knows Pepsi out of the ball park. I drink both in restaurants, but Pepsi gets flat much too quickly.

BTW America is missing out on the best beverage around hands down. If you guys can ever get your hands on a Nestea you must do it.

The amount of sugar in them is nothing shy of heinous but when you get into sodium benzoate and other chemicals in soft drinks you start realizing that you are quite literally poisoning yourself with every sip. Most of the sugar creates an alarm response in your body and it instantly metabolizes it into fat.

The most dramatic and simplest way to improve your health is to stop drinking those drinks and start chugging water, preferably with lemon it. Lemon alkalizes your blood when metabolized and strengthens immunity alot. Sugar is a strong acidifier.
