    Yo shav, I was in Philly this past weekend. Went to Xfinity Live for the first time. Pretty sick place. Got crushed there Friday night and last night. Great place to watch a game.

    Yeah it is. I almost went this weekend, but I had friends in town and they wanted to stay in Center City instead. Wish the Flyers coulda won for you to make it less depressing down there though.

    I was shocked when I went and beers weren't 8 bucks like they are in the WFC. I can get behind 4-6 bucks for a drink in a place like that. And you can fill up a growler at the Victory brewery in there. Win all around.

    Not too shabby. I was actually at the Sixers game but way too hungover to make it to Xfinity before the game and couldn't stay after.

    Can't be terrible if you go home with a decent chick. Funny that those are the places you know people at, all of my friends know a waiter at Bullies and I know a bartender at PBR.

  • Seemed like Harper won the battle either way... He stole home on Hamels. I don't mind that C. Hamels did it. I like that he said he did it on purpose. I don't really get why he hit him though.

    Pitcher suspensions are always 5 games so that they miss 1 start. There's also a mandatory suspension when you admit to intentionally hitting someone. However, the Phils get Lee back this week, so no start will be missed most likely and that 5 game thing ends up wasted.

    intentionally hitting a batter is OK with the MLB unless the pitcher admits to doing it. that right there is why this whole thing looks dumb. can you imagine in the NFL were the same way? "did you intentionally hit Tom Brady 5 seconds late?..........Nope, I didn't" "Well OK then, no suspension for you"

    Right. It didn't involve a team practicing outside with winds at speeds above the recommended level for the crane's use. It didn't involve a coach wanting to practice outside when they could have had it indoors. It didn't involve a coach wanting to use the cranes to tape a practice when it was not necessary. Right, just God and nature (I'm not sure what you believe the difference is between those two to be honest).
