The idea is good, the execution often isn't. The first year of the Big Ten Network, Comcast didn't carry it at all. So a ton of people didn't have access. But now things are working great. I loved being able to watch BTN 24/7 when I was living on the east coast.

Hell no one in California has the Pac 12 network either.
Neither satellite carrier and only one or two cable carriers have purchased it.
I got it. DIsh in on the verge. Direct TV negotiations have halted. If you have direct TV, and call and complain about the PAC-12 network, they will give you the NFL sunday ticket for free.
