Any gamecock fan will tell you we don't have history like some schools but we are two time National Champions in Baseball 2010 SEC east Champs 11-2 in 2011 (without our best player) and are going to be better this year. The future looks great at USC Frank Martin will help the basketball team(hopefully). Spurrier has the football team as one of the best in the SEC. Baseball has always been one of the best in the nation. Keep living in the past the future looks great for USC.

I will never understand why you wouldn't support your own conference.

I know baseball isn't basketball or football but USC won back to back titles in baseball our football team Whooped Nebraska in the Capital one bowl basketball is a work in progress (see Frank Martin). UK won the title in basketball and Alabama won the title in football say what you want but that's SEC dominance.

I think a lot of SEC fans join together and pull for there conference cause we know how much it bothers other fans to the point they get bent out of shape about it LOL.

I just pull for the SEC out of pride for the conference. Everyone wants to say they have the best conference. To do so, you have to perform in bowls or the tournaments in different sports.

Example. The B1G looked to be the toughest conference in basketball. After the tournament, maybe they weren't.

Last night I was rooting for Kansas. I could care less how the rest of my conference does.

Screw the Big Ten, I couldn't care less if they win or lose as long as Michigan wins,

I want to beat my rivals, but it does me no good for others to. My bragging rights end with my game.

If anybody cares, those were my thoughts last night.

Although, I'm sure my opinion is less valued because of the lack of historical success of my school's football program.

I don't mind SEC football teams. They recruit hard, get great talent, and have great coaching.

SEC basketball is mostly garbage with Kentucky leading the way with hired help. These are rent-a-players that have to play college and by default, they choose Kentucky because Calipari has one foot in the NBA and the other in the NCAA.

Congrats to Kentucky fans. Your coach has operated well within the system and you won the championship. Get ready to watch a new team next year when the rent-a-players leave.
