Thanks man. Guys, as someone who struggles with this, I want to exhort all you to be pure in your thoughts.
It's God's will for us to be sanctified and to abstain from sexual immorality.
Pray for me guys! Thanks!

i know this is a football thread, but its Easter, and those who want to post prayers or well wishes etc.. is cool by me...
there are many other non football threads here so i dont see the big deal...
the op made it very clear what the thread was about so if anybody doesnt want to read/respond thats cool, just dont be a jerk and make fun of others beliefs...
God bless and happy Easter all!

If anyone is looking for a great way to delve into the word, there's a great Bible study on campus at Texas A&M that several thousand students attend every single week and video podcasts are put up on iTunes every week. It's really helped me learn more about my relationship with God and help me pursue a better understanding of my faith. It's called Breakaway Ministries and if you guys have a chance to look at it, I'm sure that you guys would enjoy it. God Bless and happy Easter everyone.

Still not catching the ever-contagious WHINE-FLU!!!
I just ran across this thread and thought in amazement (what a great forum). As I read through and saw all of the negative comments from non-believers, people offended by the thread, etc, it made me realize how very important this thread really is. I applaud the person who started it and who was so very obviously being obedient. People love to talk about sex, gay rights, curse, politics, voice their opinion about football players and recruits, and dare anyone to take the right to do so from them. Well I dare anyone to take away my right to pray or request prayer. I think this is a great forum in the midst of a rough and tough world! For the people that don't like it, you get the most prayer, if it offends you do what I do, don't visit. If I see the title of a post that offends me I don't open or participate. Yes this is a Football board, but there are so many other issues discussed here, quite freely I might add. Why do some people always get offended when it comes to God, religion or prayer? But have no problem with racism, immorality, vulgarity, sex, drugs alcohol in their football discussions. We all have choices, tread where you want, avoid where you don't! Just saying.......

2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.
Well said. +1 I also think Christianity and religion is a difficult topic because Christianity states that we are all sinners and that we need God's mercy and forgiveness, some people have a hard time accepting that even though they are "good" people nobody is good enough and that we need God. Let's face it, religion and Christianity are topics that you'll either love or hate, not many people fall in between those two.
