Yes correct. I was referring to the legal limit. You can be under .08 and still get a DUI. When a DUI stop happens it is the officers discretion.
Y'all gon' get run outta yo' own house, dawg.
And you're scared of a ban bet because you know aggie is gonna get beat down.
For real? I thought Sumlin was playing Johnny because he won the Heisman last year
Sark didn't even suspend Austin Sefarrian-Jenkins for his DUI. I bet if they didn't have Boise State in the opener he would have though.
I know he had a low bac...what did he blow?
Kid had one maybe two beers to blow under .08.
I don't condone drinking and driving and the kid was stupid for a plethora of reasons...
No clue what his BAC was at the time of the arrest so I won't say one way or the other on the punishment. I would imagine Saban knows the full story though.
Johnny cash may not play at all....poooooor aggie cheers for a kid that hates aggie and wants out of college station. Not my words but his.
Status, since you don't want to do a ban bet...how about a whiskey bet?
Single malt scotch or a nice bottle of bourbon.
This is what people don't understand.
.08 just means the prosecution doesn't have to prove you were DUI....because by the letter of the law, you are.
you could get pulled over and had only had 2 beers, blow a 0.05 and still get a DUI from how you talk, field sobriety test, eye tests, etc.

Scared of getting raped maybe.
Only if the cop wants to be a complete asshole and none of that will hold up in court

All of which are bogus ways to tell anything. The eye test isn't even admissible.
I crap bigger than you.
Or are you a coward?
You talk a lot, if you don't want to bet I take it you're a coward, all hat and no cattle.
I'm not giving you my address
Yes it is.
Your lawyer will try to get it thrown out by showing it was improperly administered but the test if done correctly is admissible.
All im saying is you can get a DWI for low BAC < 0.08. You can even get them for 0.0 BAC, for instance, prescription pills.

I think tusktider should be suspended from all Bama sites for life, but that is just my opinion.
for starters, no one here knows the details of the situation. and from the sound of it there is far to many takes from flower eating Libs, a large Bama butthurt faction, &/or a mass of those that merely never played.
the flower eaters drivel is understandable (due to the fact that they are flakes) but to "others".... a practice week or game suspension is not a romper room timeout & is definitely not were you want to be as a player especially on a Championship caliber team.
who here knows ?....did he have 2-3 beers(.025)or was he in an all out Aubish** state(.250) ?

Not admissible here. It is one person saying his eyes did this. No way to get it on camera. Many cop friends have told me that they can't use it in court and it's just a way to tell if they should administer a FST.
It's handled internally guys
I'm surprised he blew less than .08. For a college kid to only have 1-2 beers in him on Saturday night is pretty weak.
Saban is a punk ass bitch when it comes to discipline.
1-2 Games is basically what I thought would happen. Saban has said previous to Geno's arrest about what a great dude he was. He's never in trouble. Like I've said previously, 1-2 games and then in the dog house. But from Saban's comments today basically standing up for Geno, I'd guess that he won't be in the dog house for very long.
And then you have other situations where our Safety in '09 would have been starting for the next 2 yrs and eventually transferred because he didn't see the field again - for smoking some weed. Saban handles these things on a case by case basis and flaming aside, I could care less what teams like AU say about discipline when Gus welcomed Dyer back with open arms after his transgressions. Gus kicks 1 thug off the team and AU somehow thinks they're the epitome of discipline.
Anyways, don't care. Hate on.
Pretty sure he's not playing week 2 either
