Of the 33 five stars on 247 (one five star JUCO), 20 or 21 are going to the SEC. 6 out of 7 SEC West teams will sign at least one 5 star. 9 out of 14 SEC teams will sign at least one five star (Vandy coming in 2nd to one that would have made 10 out of 14). You want to know why the SEC is so dominate? Because all our teams are signing talent. 5 stars by each team:
Alabama- 5 to 8 (Tunsil, Vanderdoes, Allen, Henry, Re. Foster, Ro. Foster, Howard, Bell)
Ole Miss- 4 to 6 (Nkemdiche, Lawson, Hooks, Connor, Daniel, Treadwell)
Florida- 3 (Hargreaves, Taylor, Anzalone)
UGA- 0 to 3 (Tunsil, Adams, Foster)
Auburn- 0 to 2 (Foster, Lawson)
Mississippi State- 1 (Jones)
LSU- 1 (White)
Texas A&M- 1 (Seals-Jones)
Tennessee- 0 or 1 (Lawson)
"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
Montravius Adams could go to Auburn or Alabama.
Yeah, but I think there's an even better chance he is going to UGA or Clemson. I'd be shocked if it were not one of those two.
Conner and rn ole miss for sure.
the rating system is vastly overrated. Notre Dame had one of the best front 7's i have ever seen.
You have ever seen..............Must be Stevie Wonder behind those shades..
Haha, whatever! I didn't realize they still played football down there! Atleast not tackle!
Bruh- Stars dont matter!
Anzalone is a 5 star on this site
well when you adjust a players ratings based on what team they sign with, things like this happen
Weedline, if you're going to assume cause and effect, then it would be more appropriate to figure out how much talent SEC teams got before they started their run of championships.
Nowadays, most kids want to go to the SEC because of how good it is (and how good it's perceived to be, which I think are two different things). So at this point I'd say the success in recruiting is partially caused by the wins.
Apparently the 247 guys got laid a bunch in Oxford recently. Atta boys JC and Gerry
I hooked em up.
we not getting one this year but Clowney counts as a 5* for ten years.
