I wasn't polled so that's not accurate
If somebody wants to vacuume a baby out of themselves that's fine by me. Most of them would probably end up on tax payers dime anyway.

Theres a lot of truth to this. If Republicans were really serious about fiscal conservatism they would wholheartily support abortions and free contraceptives.
Condoms should be subisdized by the federal government and should be free to everyone over 16. There would be a lot less of the wrong people giving birth if that were true. In the long run it would be well worth it.
I keep a candy dish of 'plan B' on my night stand, that way it still seems optional even though I've already put one in her OJ

I've read that a condom is 98% effective and pulling out is 96% effective. Maybe the government should save a bunch of money and just tell kids to make a game of it. Draw a bullseye on a girls face and see how good you can get. Where to put the bulls eye though.....the eyes or the mouth??? Decisions decisions.

Liberals should oppose abortion. More tax payers
So the whole murdering a living human being does not bother you?
The abortion industry is multi billion dollar industry
That is why it is still going
55 million people have been aborted since 1973. If you run the numbers(and someone has) on the affect on the economy, it is mind boggling.
Not to mention the fact that someone in that group could have discovered a cure for cancer or been our QB this past year who would have ignored Richt and spiked the dam ball......................
Art Schlichter's cellmates and Mo Clarett's rugby team believe Ohio State always does things honestly.....
Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think most Republicans really care about abortions. I honestly think its a moot point that just gets brought up around election time. Granted, very religious people are against it and I'd imagine older people, but I'd be curious to see a Republican poll about it. I'm not religious so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but do Republicans on here really care or are you just against it because its the Republican Party stance?
What I can't get over is how people go nuts over putting a dogs to sleep, but those same people couldn't care less about killing their own baby. Our world is an evil, sick place.
Dogs are sentient, first trimester globs of DNA and goo are not.
So the whole heartbeat thing is just to be ignored? The fact that it has been proven that the child feels pain within the first few weeks in the womb?
Pain is a product of the CNS. A few week old fetus does not have a CNS.
Of course, an actual medical citation would be great.
EDIT: Also, sentience has nothing to do with a heartbeat.

Likewise every time you jerk off, the chances that one of your sperm could produce a human being smarter than Einstein are virtually 100%.
But we don't go on about genocide when someone busts a nut.
I find it funny that some people will say that banning guns will not stop the ownership of guns or that banning drugs doesn't stop the illegal trade of drugs yet they think promoting abstinence only sex education is stopping teens from having sex and getting pregnant.
Or that outlawing abortions will stop people from getting abortions.
Nice try. However, not all abortions occur during the first trimester. As a matter of fact, the master of illogical morons himself (Obama) supports partial birth abortion. Even first trimester fetuses are given anesthesia during fetal surgery (because they are capable of feeling physical pain and psychological distress. Frankly, I'm getting sick of people trying to say what republicans can and can't say or think regarding Roe v. Wade because of their perceived sense of financial responsibility. It's still wrong to kill an unborn baby, no matter what illogical logic you want to use to pardon the people who are too damned lazy to man up to their responsibilities or even take precaution to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Gotta love that the states with abstinence-only sex ed have the highest teen pregnancy rates, while states with comprehensive sex ed have the lowest.

It's funny how both sides talk about freedoms and liberty, yet both promote tons of ideals and policies that favor control versus education, which is where real liberty comes from.
Anesthsia is used on the cervix for some really late 1st trimester abortions. The vast majority of all abortion is done via pill.
And late 2nd trimester abortions are done only when the fetus is either endangering the life of the would-be-mother and/or will be stillborn/is already dead.
Would you say that to the face of a 15 year old rape victim?
First - it's a mass of cells, not a baby. By definition, a baby is a very young child, esp. newly born.
Second - Do you really think laziness is the only thing that causes unwanted pregnancies? I mean, it couldn't possibly be a lack of proper education on contraceptives and birth control, could it? Hell, condoms rip - were those people lazy too?
People over generalize way too often these days. On both sides. All poor people are leaches, all religious people are nut jobs... Want to talk lazy? The mass majority if Americans are lazy, intellectually.
It's demographics and poverty rates, not education. It is extremely stupid to think that people don't know what condoms or birth control are. I went over this in depth in another thread. Sex ed is such a stupid argument, so is abstinence education.
You didn't go over anything. All you did was refuse to listen to data that strongly disagrees with you by repeating "the sex ed argument is stupid!!!" over and over.
Sounds like you're making a lot of lazy generalizations.
